1) Order amount HK$600-999

   An additional charge HK$100 will be added

2) Order amount HK$1,000 or above

    Free delivery arrangement(Delivery to Outlying Islands and some other remote areas are not available)

3) Order amount HK$2,000 or above

10% discount will be offer and Free delivery arrangement (Delivery to Outlying Islands and some other remote areas are not available). This discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers.

4) Order Confirmation : Once received the Customer's order, Customers will  receive a confirmation email later.

Please arrange the payment 3 days before the delivery day and send the bank in receipt to beardpapa.hk@gmail.com

Once the orders are confirmed, no changes or cancellation will be accepted, and the payment will not be refund. Please note ! 

5) Delivery Time : Normally fixed on between 13:00 to 18:00.

     (If Customer request an other delivery time, Please contact us at 2743-8617 for special arrangement & fianl confirmation)

6) Delivery : Monday to Firday (Except Satuday, Sunday and Public Holidays )

7) Delivery guidelines : Ref to our delivery guidelines, We must be able to contact the receiver by phone during the delivery period. If we cannot contact the receiver or no one confirm the goods delivery, the driver has the right NOT to deliver the goods.This order will be treated as a cancellation order, and the company will not make any additional delivery or compensation for this. 

 8) When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above : The delivery service will be suspended. Our customer service staff will contact you for another arrangement later.

Takeaway order

Apart from the delivery service, Customers are also welcome to choose to pick up the puffs at our store.
( Pick up time is more flexible and convenient, no minimum order amount request )
