**Step 1**

Select beard papa's puffs and quantity , fill the order form

**Step 2**

Fill delivery details such as contact person, dellivery date, time and address

**Step 3**

order confirmation by beard papa's staff

**Step 4**

The order amount should be paid at least 3 days before the delivery date and upload the receipt accordingly

Complete order

Upon receipt of your order and payment, beard papa's will arrange the delivery accordingly.

* Delivery to Outlying Islands and some other remote areas are not available.*

The delivery services will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted.In such cases, our Customer Service staff will contact you to arrange another delivery time.

**Delivery service cannot be used in conjunction with other offers**

**Delivery Arrangement only avaible on Monday to Friday

(except saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

Once the order confirmed, we will not accept any return or request of return, refund and revise order.
